A year ago, I was frequently raving about avocado as an ingredient in cakes/muffins- that is soo 2013 guys. Now it’s all about the sweet potato! Yes, it sounds odd, but trust me, it works (hubby can confirm this!).
Both myself and my darling fiancé are both tea-addicts, we drink it throughout the day, everyday. We literally have a cupboard full of all kinds of varieties: both tea-bags and loose leaf… green, black, spiced… you get the point! Carlos is particularly partial to a cup of Earl Grey. Earlier today we were sat leisurely in one of our favourite cafes, each enjoying a great cuppa (mine a Masala Chai, his an Earl Grey)… when I suddenly had a light-bulb moment… Carlos’ favourite tea IN a cake!
